A holistic path for mind body and soul
An offline & online institute founded by Michael to learn the timeless wisdom of living philosophy called "TAICHI". Born from years of exploration, stillness and movement, it reflects the timeless wisdom that balance is not found - it is cultivated breath by breath.
At the heart of "ART OF TAICHI" lies the principle of harmony - between motion and rest, strength and softness, mind and spirit. Through gentle, flowing multi dimensional movements and mindful awareness, we discover the natural rhythm that modern life often silences. Each class is an invitation to return home to yourself - to feel grounded, centered and alive. Taichi becomes not just an art form, but a mirror of inner balance. In true sense, it is a meditation in motion or moving meditation. A well structured multi dimensional movement to harness, cultivate the fascia system to energise the meridians with the life force called "CHI" or "QI".
Guided by a lifelong curiosity for the human spirit, Michael found in Taichi a language of peace. What began as a personal pursuit of calmness became a way of teaching - a bridge between the physical and the subtle, the seen and the unseen. Through Art of Taichi, this journey continues - not only as a path to mastery, but as a shared exploration of presence and flow. " When movement becomes meditation, life itself becomes art".
To awaken stillness within movement, and movement within stillness β to let every breath become a bridge between the seen and unseen, where awareness finds its natural rhythm in the art of being.
To walk the quiet way of balance, where learning becomes remembering, and harmony unfolds not as a goal, but as a way of living β a dance of body, mind, and soul returning to wholeness.
What if reality is not a simulation, it means:
Reality is alive, not manufactured. Every breath, every motion, every stillness is part of the same living flow β the Tao expressing itself through you. There is no code, no controller, only balance in movement and presence in being.
In this view, the universe isnβt something happening to us; it is something unfolding as us. Taichi teaches that yin and yang "opposites" are not virtual variables but living dynamics. They create the pulse of existence: expansion and contraction, birth and return, awareness and form.
So, if reality is not a simulation, then your body, your breath, and your awareness are not βinterfaces.β They are the universe knowing itself through motion and stillness.
